Zusammenfassung
The economic and social control necessary to ensure coexistence must remain within reaso- nable limits, which does not happen in recent times, because the organic law 5/2010 adds another reform more to the already long list of modifications on money laundering, that undermines the legal certainty and the consideration of criminal law as ultima ratio. Namely, the reform punishes the possession and use without purpose as a new instrument of economic and social control to catch everyone with the slightest contact with criminal assets.
