In order to assess their learning, sometimes due to the characteristics of age, this evaluation is laborious and difficult to do, which is why the teachers' knowledge of how children learn mathematics and why not learn them is particularly important for proper evaluation. In addition, there are now tools of mathematical literacy assessment, which provide information relevant to a student about his / her knowledge, skills and abilities, one of which is the Basic Mathematics Competency Test (TEMA-3).
