Abstract

A palatal roll-in flap is presented to augment the labial aspect ofthe crest. The absence of vertical-release vestibular incisions aesthetic results. The palatal tissue is denuded but the epitheliumis maintained. Temporary healing abutments are placed and the gingiva sutured. This palatal roll-in technique increases the horizontal aspect of the alveolar process.
