Resumo
The aim of this article is to describe, in reference to recent investigations, the interactions between orthodontics and periodontics. Together with the objetives, indications and treatment sequence in cronical periodontal patients, we show several clinical cases of primary and secondary malocclusions, with a very special analyse of orthodontic movements in dentitions with reduced periodontal support.
