Abstract
Fallen pollen grains were counted in bryophyte samples of five vegetation types in Sierra del Bocelo (La Coruña). The fallen pollen spectrum faithfully represented the local predominance of the tree cover but not that of shrubs or three kinds of herbaceous vegetation (peat bog, grassland and cropland), most of wohe predominant taxa were underrepresented in local fallen pollen counts.
