Zusammenfassung
The aim of this text is to remember some contributions of Aristotle as political philosopher to the theory of democracy. Namely, we will examine two basic and essential political principles that were originally formulated by him: the sovereignty of mass and the rule of law. In our opinion, his views are still interesting for the contemporary debates about democracy.
