Abstract
In this paper I reflect on the present concept of health and health education and analyse the characteristics of differents agents that contribute to it: family, school and community. It draws on the current status of health education in Spain following the developments since the end of dictatorship.It starts with the assumption that the intervention of this agents aren´t independent but closely related and show significant fields of collaboration.
