Zusammenfassung
The aim of this paper is to establish the sociolegal ideology underlying to disparity of attitudes between penitentiary judges and psychologists of prisons in relation to award week-end leave of absence for prisoners. This study attempts to compare the sociolegal conceptions of both parties, searching if those beliefs can motivate the mentioned disparities.
