Abstract
A dating of an excavation carried out in Santiago de Compostela (Rua do Franco nº31), unpublished and that responds to a functional area of agricultural type with the silo type contexts is presented. This dating confirms the hypotheses of growth and urban consolidation of one of the first medieval citys of the north- western Peninsula and helps to date the ceramic productions documented in the storage silos.
