This work introduces the basic consumer regulation, It analize differents law action to begin the consumer process and It does a mention about consumer arbitretment and mediation. It talks too about the consumer process, and It introduces the proof in the civil procedure and especifie the consumer procedure proof, in relation with the kind of proof, and about the concret proof that we ought to practice to get a good consumer resolution. Moreover this work talks about the proof in defective products, ilegal advertising, unfair competition, abusive clauses or financial products.
