Resumo
A single-nucleus RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) atlas of the postnatal retina of the catshark <i>Scyliorhinus canicula</i>, which presents all major retinal cell classes of vertebrates, as well as retinal progenitor cells. This dataset will serve as a foundation for studies on cell type diversity in the shark retina allowing for a better understanding of vertebrate retinal evolution and development.
