Resumo

Este traballo realiza unha revisión da investigación no ámbito da reflotación e do declive empresarial desde mediados dos anos setenta do século pasado ata a actualidade. Tomando como base os traballos de Pearce e Robbins (1993) e de Trahms, Ndofor e Sirmon (2013), preséntanse os principais achados realizados pola investigación previa xunto coas carencias fundamentais deste campo de investigación. Ademais, móstranse tamén os avances sucedidos con posterioridade á revisión de Trahms et al. (2013), xunto coa perspectiva futura da investigación na área.
