Resumo
This note realizes the publication of the story “Poema humilde” (a few weeks after its first appearance in El Liberal) in El Socialista, as a possibly inadvertent contribution of Dona Emilia to the campaign that the “Central Organ of the Workers’ Party” it was encouraging to demand the Government to the colonial war were “not only the children of the poor but also the rich”: coincidence perhaps targets due to the matter of that story was much like an anecdote told by the El Socialista in an article denouncing some painful consequences of that war.
