Abstract
This paper describes the experience of the training of assistant students conducted in the first year of Secondary Education in school "Parga Pondal" of the town of Carballo, on the staff of the Seminary of Emotionality, Gender and Human Development Institute Science Education at the University of Santiago de Compostela, during the course 2014/2015. The objective of this activity was to provide students with basic knowledge of the functions, skills, tools and intervention strategies attendees. Sessions will address issues such as relations at the Center, conflict and its resolution, the possibilities of action of attending students to contribute to the positive coexistence.
